NEW OFFICE COMPLEX
In the development of the new office complex for Globex, significant portions of the existing structures were modernized, with foundational supports enhanced through the introduction of advanced composite core piles. The entire infrastructure saw a comprehensive overhaul, culminating in the creation of a sprawling 45,000 square meter facility. This state-of-the-art complex boasts three expansive atriums crowned with eco-friendly glass domes, seamlessly connecting diverse workspaces through a network of elevated walkways.

INNOVATIVE DRIVE
The year is 1995. John Dallee and Jane Doe establish the Globex Community, with a handful of former colleagues and a credit line of 20 million kroner. GC targets construction projects. High integrity, thoroughness, hard work, and entrepreneurial spirit ensure a positive bottom line already in the startup year.
2001
PROFIT AND GROWTH
The value foundation quickly leads to results and larger projects, giving GC the strength to look towards the construction and real estate market. In 2001, GC merges with the contractor company John Dallee AS and lays the foundation for the business areas of Construction and Real Estate. That same time, GC goes public.
2005
EXPANDING HORIZONS
New acquisitions provide Globex with access to a larger portion of the value chain in the construction and building industry, securing a foothold in Norway. Entering the demolition market in the year 2000 marks the beginning of a new growth saga for Globex through the business areas of Energy and Environment..
